In terms of energy healing, there are now a very large number of methods, and each practitioner sets up the environment and conditions that are specific to him or her or to the method applied.
The magic of Reconnective Healing
The magic of Reconnective Healing, as founded by Dr Eric Pearl, lies in its extreme simplicity, both in terms of the environment and the specific treatment conditions. On the one hand, there are no gri-gri, totems or statuettes, and on the other, there is no incense, no music (except possibly white noise to cover up too intrusive outside noises). In short, the room is as calm as possible. This has the advantage of eliminating the necessity of offering the treatment in a particular place where external elements would become indispensable. With Reconnective Healing, we transcend the environment and conditions, which optimises the healing potential.
As a result, the quality of this energy modality is easily transposed to a distance session. The first obstacle when the notion of ‘distance’ is raised is 9 times out of 10 what is lodged in our unconscious, supported by our fears, that it will be less effective. On this subject, a session of Reconnective Healing at a distance is just as effective, if not more so, according to the observations made by years of experience of the community of practitioners. Beyond this obstacle, which is purely linked to our fears, this practice has several advantages for both the client and the practitioner:
For the client
Possibility of resting directly after the session
In the comfort of our own home
Especially suitable for people with reduced mobility
Spare the inconvenience and cost of travel
For the practitioner
Greater freedom to let go during the session (movements, noises or other spontaneous manifestations that could affect the client's state of relaxation)
The projection of the client's hologram on the massage table (if the practitioner chooses to do so, and I do, because otherwise only paying attention to the client would be sufficient) allows greater accessibility to the client's internal energy field - my experience with the projection of a hologram on the massage table is a greater expression of movement in the client's auric field, which in my case is an interesting and enriching way to experience the session. It's almost identical to a Reconnective Healing session in person for the practitioner.

Beyond the experiences that are unique to each session and each client, I have never observed any difference in intensity between a in-person session and a distance session, which would be to the detriment of a distance session. What's also striking is the instantaneous nature of the manifestations, even if the client is several thousand kilometres away from my practice. This confirms once again that in terms of energy healing there is no distance, especially as the Reconnective Healing intervention here takes place at a quantum level.
How does Reconnective Healing at a distance session work?
After booking the session online and making an appointment:
Video call
At the time of the appointment, I'll contact you using one of your preferred free online communication methods (the client will indicate his or her preference in the comments) WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal, Zoom or Skype, so that we can get to know each other (which is much nicer) and create a great connection.
Briefing 5 minutes
A brief explanation or reminder of what Reconnective Healing is, what can happen during a session and the state of consciousness to be in during the session is given.
Catalysis 30-35 min
At the end of the briefing, the client and the practitioner set a timer for 35 minutes (be careful to set the timer to the appropriate sound level), as well as putting their mobile phone on silent mode and placing the phone on a cushion if the vibration mode is active so as not to be disturbed during the session. The client settles into a comfortable position, ideally lying down, with their eyes closed and their arms by their sides. The client then relaxes and, as I always say, takes advantage of this 30-minute time for themselves.
During the catalysis, it is suggested that the client simply observes what is happening without extrapolating, simply making a mental note, which is considered helpful but not essential to the process. So no worries.
Re-connection and debriefing
At the end of the 35 minutes, the client can either lie down or sit up. He indicates on the communication mode used ‘I'm ready’ so that I can contact him again at the right moment. However, there are several possible scenarios:
catalysis lasts longer
The client wants to take some time alone and stay in the experience
The client has fallen asleep
If the catalysis lasts longer, which can happen depending on what the Universe considers important to harmonise that day. Then the client simply waits, may take the time to drink a glass of water or something else, but in any case, at the latest at the 50th minute of the session, a call will be made. In general, the excess time is only about 5-10 minutes.
If the client wants to take some time, then feel free to do so. I'll wait to receive your ‘I'm ready’ before calling you. So don't put the message in the mailbox until you're ready to talk again. From experience, I've noticed that some clients don't want to ‘talk’ to us straight away at the end of the catalysis. That's perfectly fine. In any case, I'll call no later than the 50th minute of the session.
If the client has fallen asleep, then I hope that a call at the 50th minute will be sufficient, and if not, then we can always arrange a call at another time to do the debriefing.
