Service Description

After completing the foundation course, you can enroll in the advanced course, which focuses on managing spontaneous manifestations. In case you only want continuous support from the teacher and the group, a card with 10 sessions is available with free participation, which you can take at your own discretion during the group's normal class times. To be noted, practicing in a group offers the additional opportunity to benefit from the energy of the group, which can increase the strength of personal manifestation, but this is not always the case. You can participate in one of the group courses, depending on how far you are in the practice. If you have not taken the advanced course, you can only attend the foundation course as a free participant. Currently, both types of courses take place in the center's premises. Private lessons can be booked at the center or for online-sessions. Depending on the group size, the Joy2live center reserves the right to organise group lessons at other locations in the Cologne area. Outside of class, it is highly recommended to practice daily to become familiar with the method and develop the momentum needed to break through certain blockages. In general, once learned, this method can be used at any time and with a very beneficial frequency, daily or at least 5 times a week. If desired, it can be practiced twice a day, but one should beware of excessive cleaning, which could exceptionally trigger some natural cleansing processes, discomfort or fatigue. In this case, it is recommended to stop the practice for a few days or lie down with both hands on the lower abdomen for 10 to 15 minutes to help recovery.
